Welcome @ChasingCapital!!!
As you know it is very hard to predict the SP. But I’m expecting 10-15 baggers in 18 months.
This is based on what I believe is a reasonable mcap compared to peers (FMC, albemarle pe 14 or 15) And I’m using just one P1 plant below based on latest company investor presentation. What you need to keep in mind
1) we have potential to build several P1 and full Lmax plants, cap 3-6k and 20-25k tonnes respectively - our scalability is second to none.
2) and the revenue from LCE produced represents 100% cash profits as the costs to produce LCE are fully paid for by revenues from a suite of similarly very valuable byproducts with large market in North America i.e. potash, silicate, caesium and tantalum.
Net eye watering C1 costs = zero, hence cash profit from P1 at 5-6m tonnes = Aud120m x pe15 = $1.8b mcap*
*this is 15 baggers or 10 if you assume an unlikely full equity dilution to fund P1. This is just for one P1, so if we build 3, that’s 30 baggers, and if we build 1 full Lmax which is 5x in size that’s another 50 baggers, 2 full Lmax 100 baggers and so on. If you’d halve the PE and Capacity of P1, it’s still many baggers. Your baggers will depend on our success to commercialise Lmax and when you decide to exit, you’ll have a Tesla exit, Ferrari exit, or Lamborghini exit, it’s all up to you.
So in 18 months I’d expect a minimum of 10-15 baggers. There’s s lot of exciting developments between now and when we commence production. And it’s gonna be a ferari roller coaster. As @nats indicated the consensus among LT holders is that we are in the trajectory of the likes of KDR and PLS but possibly imo it’s 2x in magnitude. We’re not going to dig hundreds of meters, we will leverage the assets of the miners such as Groupo Mota and Galaxy etc. Our key differentiator is Lmax. All eyes on P1 with feedstock sources being locked in this quarter - see thread on Feedstocks for Lmax.
Cheers
