the interesting thing with small caps is that there ususally is a little or some cases of "inside info" which may be known to others on the inside, thus the gradual buying

i dun know but if the SP creeps up without ann 80% of the time its followed by ann

this current action suggest to me ann may be earlier than expected or others may already have an insight that it is positive

however, we already know clinker hill has a high chance of good grade, so it is really difficult to accuse anyone of insider trading
