and in my opinion this is the time, but however if silver drops below its 30 day moving average, i will sell or even go short on a small amount.
you also need to take your opotunities when and come.
i have 50% of my silver investments in leveraged silver etfs and the rest in ccu, plus a smallish amount of the others.
