Good announcement today yet the price falls from 1.2 to 0.9

This is one crazy market , looks to me like last minute tax selling

The good news was that the vendor of the Guado assets accepts an additional 1.5% of the production to a total of 3% , and 8 m shares paid over 4 years income for giving up 7.5m cash consideration

I don't think 8m shares are worth 90 cents each , nor do i think 1.5% of Goado is worth 7.5 million but that is what they have accepted as consideration

LRS market cap is only $4.6m , yet LRS still keep 97% of the production income .

Illo results should be out in July , and this major cash saving should see LRS rise sharply post July 1 in my opinion
