I guess we will get an update at the annual general meeting in 1.5 weeks time.
I asked Sheik a while ago if he thought the SP had bottomed out ( no reply ) Perhaps it was a rhetorical question and I answered by buying some more.
Even though I have averaged down considerably I would need a loud "pop" to break even.
The previous administration had a very high cash burn rate.
The current administration appear to be getting on with the job.
Reduced the cash burn rate and as they can are keeping us informed.
To answer a previous question of yours - many companies use well structured ESOPs for 2 reasons:
    1. To preserve cash - if the company pays some staff or suppliers for that matter with shares or options they don't dip into cash reserves.
    2. To incentivise staff - to hold key employees and reward them for success.
The proposed ESOP looks sound to me - a bit on the heavy side for the American directors however they are the key players in IVX for the future.
I am glad there is a future.
I supported the Shareholders Action Group and am glad I did as I am now a shareholder in a company with big potential.
The alternative was a tax loss.
I intend to attend the meeting Thursday week.
I will post my observations after that.
