Bissa

Location - 100km north of Ouagadougou
Mine type -Open-pit
Proven and probable gold reserves - 1,803 Koz at 1.83 g/t
Total resources 4,929 Koz at 1.10 g/t

Build was ahead of schedule and within budget. Total investment in the project was $250-million

The mine’s projected processing capacity is four-million tons a year of ore, with a peak capacity of up to 200000 oz.

Its good to see mines in BF going ahead , getting the approvals with no gov't headwinds ( good luck in aust) meeting budgets and getting into production fairly quickly .

The Bissa project is lower-grade than Konks, and lacking that meaty higher grade component that konks has.
