I think the only way the blending option works if they build a link from Big TT to Choir to allow it to be done in Mongolia which might upset a few Chinese "agents".
Big TT has numerous operation issues and mining only the high quality coking coal and exporting unwashed is not a sustainable option for long term value.
I think China would prefer Mongolian coking coal to Aus at present and the ducks seem to be lining up
