ops out of the way now.. they were never going to be in the money toward the end IMO Mr. T had the chance to convert his anyway.. no point having anything else to dilute his holdings from his POV.. annoying but that life and that the game with ops.. things finally seeing some forward momentum and still incredibly low MC all things considered IMO.. really just a waiting game till permits and funding ann. , which if things go to plan (i understand this end of the market they rarely do) are due Q1 2020.. these will be our re-rate green light..
