I have one very big reason for thinking your wrong.
The average PE for ASX is about 30, Historically about 15 ( https://www.marketindex.com.au/statistics ) Lynas right now is 143!!! https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/LYC.AX/ PE tells you what the company is earning on its stock price. 1/143 =0.7% Do you consider that a good investment? NdPr is going up nicely and you and many others point to this with enthusiasm, not noticing that SMM has changed its scale and the actual change is small. What do you think Lynas needs for a NdPr price for a profit that will result in a PE of 40 at a SP of $8.00. When do you think that will happen? Markets because of trump are very turbulent right now. In the past any correction has a much faster and larger impact on stocks with high PEs You say "buy" Are you really buying right now? Or do you want others to buy so you can get out. Here is a charts I have been posting for several years with no changes in scale Notice how the NdPr price is doing compared to my predictions.
