if you like charts check out the ON balance volume (OBV)of this stock
even when it was at all time lows the OBV was still rock solid
the free float of tradeable shares is very low percentage of the total so we should see an exponential increase in the sp once the market understands the implications of cfe / cuo /platmin / minsec /sl/cls/MCC / evraz inter relationships.
It sure is a hefty looking small cap company
