Hi golden. They probably just mean selling a very small amount of their RAP shares to buy EPT. For example, if one has 1 million RAP shares that they bought at 2 cents = $25,000, they may decide to sell 50,000 RAP shares at 0.50 = $25,000 and use it to buy EPT, which I think is a good thing to do, since EPT may go up significantly from here eventually. By doing this, one can have 625,000 EPT shares @ 0.04, and still have 950,000 of RAP shares left. So, not bad.
But I will not sell a lot of RAP to buy EPT. The reason being is....because it's RAP.
