I won't even sell one RAP share- new money- if the right price presents itself on EPT. Far too much going on with RAP, and to be truthful have absolutely no idea where it will end up, but I don't think it will exist as we know I today in 12mths unfortunately. Someone will come along and buy us out, too much of a temptation for one of the tele- health mob, or phone company. Would have been nice to be receiving a divi, but can't see that happening. I maybe awfully wrong, time will tell.
