Wouldn't be surprised to see some support around this level.
Sure other stocks have dropped to their raising price, but the sector wasn't as well established and people weren't evaluating them how they do now.
I think, given the performance of similar stocks in this area, that EPT will follow a different (more confident) share price trend. People are more confident in the future of a stock like this and will be holding their stock more tightly/ less volatile
