How do you value PEXA so high. Lnk bought more of PEXA valuing it at 1.6B. That would be be growth of upto 2.4B in less than two years. More conservative 2.5B in light of current asset prices would seem the upper end. Making LNK value 1.1B. LNK has Mkt cap of 2.1B today. So yeah 1B for remaining assets and annual earnings puts the business about 30% undervalued about now.

I am sure if PEXA was IPO'd people would bid up the price beyond fair value in light of curent tech valuations.
