closest comparison to PEXA is APX, have a look at them, we should expect similar valuation if PEXA was to float on its on
PEXA margin is better than APX, 33% Net Margin so I expect its EBITDA margins would be in 40s, APX EBITDA margin 21%
PEXA margin tells you it is a monopoly and command the market, monopoly is a highly valued by the market
