The thing is with this stock, virtually every time this stock does some decent volume a announcement of some sort follows a few days to one week later, renowned for this pattern.
May not need one this time, previous announcements like Microsoft, GroupM, Symphony and likes combined with technical traders jumping on when it breaks .155 will potentially be enough to get it to .21-.25 in the not to distant future.
