BOC has been consolidating and strengtheneing nicely over the last 8-10 months and it now looks as if this giant may come back to life!!??
Major resistance between $1 and $1.05 looks to be ready to fall and allow the sp to run north after this lengthy consolidation period!! Volumes seem to be picking up!! Time will tell!!
