It is the 'promise' of sales that will make the SP lift off. Once the sales come through, the SP will already be much higher

In other words, the current potential has to be converted to 'more compelling' potential. This is the key thing. Developments like the Mexican import license and plant upgrading will do that.

As far as 'opportunity costs' are concerned, most things most of the time are an opportunity cost in relation to something else.
