I also am no expert ,but always happy to discuss and learn from other chartists.
You're readings are the same as mine.

The daily stochtastic is currently looking to break the 20% line and will have a 2-3 day window to do that,if not we will continue sideways until we either break out of the flag formation(currently 1.7-1.8 cents) or we break below the bottom of the flag formation (.09 cent mark.)

We can't trade sideways forever we either have to go up or come down.
Pretty simple really.
It comes down to which way you want to place your bets.
