Agree that asset value even under fire sale would exceed the current SP. That being said, I can't forsee any need for sale of assets if the O&G revenues are in line with expectations for 2012 / 2013 to carry them.

The interesting thing is it seems most of the market is backing a discounted CR due to the recent appointments.

If however we get news that the deal with the Chinese is across the line or similarly other positive news, there will be plenty of short covering in addition to the overdue rally and I can see 75c+ per share easily.
