Well ceasing to be a substancial holder means that a shareholder (in this case Yellow Tuna),is holding less than 5% of marketable shares the company.

So at 5% Yella-Tuna still has 4.5 Million to get rid off.
Now given this continuous dumping from 15.6 Million shares in which they had 15.5% of the company to 4.5 Million now as of last notice, will he stop??? - Probably not, BUT GODD Riddance when they have no shares left.
