How can it be good for shareholders,Hmmm well eventually yes when the jokers have totally exited the NTC register, but doing damage short term !!!

Again good riddance when they do, and I hope NTC are wary next time they buy a company and or Technology that they consider before offering shares in NTC to that company as part of a settlement.

Also hopefully the Netassure TECHNOLOGY that they bought off Yella-Tuna is going to pay NTC dividends in the long run.
