There is a huge speculative seller at 7c....for 1 whole share. Big spender!
I still hold a lot of what is there will vanish in a blink when the inevitable run takes place. The sell side is stacked of that I have no doubt at all, especially at 5c.
IMO PEN will literally jump bacck to 4.8-5c in the buildup to the jorc announcement and will go closer to 7c.
No need to be Einstein to see what has progressively occurred to the On Balance Volume (OBV) over time. Simply steadily stepping up. PEN has been accumulated over time by a very patient investor and/or investors, regardless of trader activity.
The time is very near for the inevitable rise IMO...
