Its an interesting development model I've not seen before, its as though were gonna franchise it. Each new franchisee gets a block to develop.
Even more interesting is the govermnet wants a block.
They been in negotiation with a number of interested parties for a few months now so an ann before Christmas is probably reasonable to expect I think. Probably explains the tightening sp over the last couple of weeks.
