I am long on THR, but my only concern is that the original DFS brought alot of parties to the table including Hunan.
This DFS should have been sufficient to stich up an offtake partner by now. Afterall, an offtake partner effectively just guarantees to buy. So whether the minelife is 4, 5 or 6 years, it dosent matter. The new model shouldnt have too much bearing on securing an offtake agreement.
The wait continues.....
