o Manley Steels (Acquired Sept. 9, 2004) $1,921,000
• Organic revenue growth of 22.6%
• Partial recoveries of $800,000 associated to damages claim.
• Net profit before tax of $5,058,000 (September 2004 - $2,993,000)
