Exactly. I don't think anyone really wants anyone else to be sued but it's nice to have a reminder that the perceived anonymity we all have online can come tumbling down if you break the law and defame people from behind the screen.
It'd be nice if he could arrange a simple public face slapping in lieu legal action.
