What has been announced is pretty well what i suggested
“Sell the NOVO shares and spend the proceeds “
and once all those funds are spent what will happen?
1 ARV will have been taken out .. Hopefully
2 RH will be producing enough cash to keep ARV afloat.. maybe but not likely
3 Raise more money via debt or a Capital Raise .. given ARV history, this is IMO the most likely scenario
Not sure how any of this is controversial.
Remember i’m here as a retail SH having bought the stock i control on market. Watching what could have been be dissipated away to others at discounted prices is disappointing.
Hopefully QH will deliver and a takeover of ARV will happen in the near future.
