Well said Gum Boots. It seems that no other company has come out officially and said what Magnis stated in point 6 was incorrect. All I have seen is holders of other companies say they have rung or emailed the company they hold and say they have been told point 6 does not apply to them. Well it is interesting that a few of these companies have released news in the last two days and none of them have said along the line of " we note recently that another company has said that graphite concentrate will not be allowed to be exported from Tanzania".
Like you said Boots if there was any holes in the Magnis releases there would have been an announcement made by Magnis to correct that statement. Yet there has been none.
