Of course I know about the London smog. They have made great improvements in cleaning up the air and the water in the Thames. This pollution control at work and is a worthy goal.
But why are we discussing smog? Up until now we were discussing CO2 which is a colourless, odourless gas and NOT a component of smog. I just don't know where you are coming from.
