    IP infringement call is based on their comment that its reverse engineered tech from space program and that with the aid of ceramic plates hits the 60% electrical efficiency sweet spot. Am I basing it on any techical knowledge or researched evidence.... No, just a hopeful hunch. If my long shot hunch is wrong then well, we finally have something that can compete with the bluegen. If it was a patient breach then they have come to far with the cube and would have to pay us out.

    Positive points if it is legit, we would still have them beat with overall operating efficiency in stationary operations(thermal+electrical), and it gets to 60% when the fuel cells are in a bank 80kw so they are probably not getting that high at 2.5kw.
