GBG doens't need to stump up $60m or so. Its KML. So in reality 50% GBG.

GBG is poised to make another $50m payment to KML for 'working capital blowout'. Ansteel will do the same. So a total of $100m. This has not happened yet as far as I know. Given it is material I am sure GBG will announce it.

Seriously though, look at the shares on the buy/sell side since this appualing 25.5 cent raising....... 1 million + shares on offer at every half a cent..... We have been turned into a penny dread. One would assume this is SDL trading, not GBG... Who would have thought...
