real cost per ton , page-7

Now i am getting confused
Can any one tell me what the total cost of karara is ?
GBG have loans totalling just under 2 billion
if thats for a 50 % stake does that mean the total cost is just under 4 billion ?
my readings tell me that the total cost of the project is 2.7 billion

how does this arrangment with ansteel work ? if they have a 50 % stake in karara as well as a 36 % stake in gbg
