Who says you shouldn't buy other stocks ?

I hold a few dozens stocks (including some highly speculative onces - some will be duds).

Timing is everything.

I have held some coal stocks that went nowhere (despite good fundamentals) and wondered whether the market was asleep. Folks sold them down to pulp (the selling became a vicious rout feeding on fear). Holders lost interest given a lack of news. Them presto ! They went up through the Stratosphere and stayed high and you wondered what changed ?
