Ms. Min Yang, Chairman, of ASF Group Limited has been invited to join the ActivEX Board of directors. Ms. Min Yang has extensive business connections in the Asia Pacific region especially greater China and has over twenty years of hands-on experience dealing with both private and state-run businesses in China. Over the years, Min Yang has been involved in transactions in a range of sectors including resources, property, travel and financial investment.
I wonder if she takes it up she will recommend a buy back for AIV like AFA is doing, really this is a box of chocolates (you don’t know what you are going to get) with the Chinese at the levers.
