The first question you need to ask is - is there real value here?
Many spec miners appear to have value on paper but it is usually worthless in real terms until it is likely the resources will be mined - that is why they can fluctuate wildly as there is really nothing underpinning the stock
With head grades like this it is very likely this resource will be mined IMO - so there is some economic fundamental value at this point - that should create a natural base price at which time there are more buyers than sellers - once they are all set they will want the price to rise and voila...
Anyway in theory..
