    I always get concerned when i find what looks like could be a direct conflict of interest. Just who is he working for CDB or Emerald?? is he getting paid for both jobs.

    Works for both companies?? Is this double dipping!
    either way win or lose for cdb, he wins!

    also opens a big can o worms for the ability for insider trading IMO. not saying that it would happen .
