Qouted on here 6 weeks ago that agent in Rockingham stated that 3 x 1 houses for under $300,000 will not exist. Saw him today and he said told you. Ah but I have seen some on the internet for under $300,000. He said yes but there are only 10 and 9 of them are on busy roads or back onto a public access way. He was right, six weeks ago there were probably 20 houses in Rockingham for under $300,000 today there are 10 and 9 of those are crap. Agents have been adding $25,000 to the price and they are still selling. The bottom is here.
