The banks knew this was coming. They are smart when it comes to money. Hell they are the ones still making massive profit through the GFC!

You are right they are more strict. I read one couple could have borrowed $975,000 for a house with a 20% deposit in 2020 but can only get $750,000 with the same 20% deposit from the bank now and thats with the man recently getting a pay rise!
