Spot on. I also live in regional NSW. The influx from the cities through covid was nuts as the realisation was that many can easily work from home. Houses were bought off the net sight unseen. vitually no blocks of land available and what is available is fetching double what it would have 3 years ago. Right now there is still very little stock available. RE agents are doing it tough in that area.
