Inflated properties prices are due to our ridiculous financial system we have and globalisation. I think all that money the government prints needs to go somewhere. Properties are like sponges absorbing all of that fake money created out of thin air!
The young generation don't want to work like dogs and pay rent all their lives, a new system is needed. We can't keep giving our wealth to the 1% much longer
