Mate unless you've worked in the industry you have no idea. I hear this time and time again from people who work 9-5 and have time for an hour lunch and multiple ciggie breaks during the day and I just laugh. Real estate is a tough slog involving long hours. I've seen people start in the industry and not be able to handle it. Only the toughest survive.
Those agents may not have picked the fish up but they might also be working their tails off on other things. I'm sure that they didn't mow the properties lawns or paint the fence either. They probably picked the fish up after the inspection when nobody was around to see them or arranged someone else to get rid of it. Big deal.
