No I haven't worked in "the industry". I have also never worked a 9-5 job in my life, unless you're talking days not hours.
If you had simply said "yes there is some dead wood in the industry but not all are bad" or "those agents sound like crap but dont tar them all with same brush" then you wouldn't get much argument.
Instead you double down and suggest that these useless picks might be "working their tails off doing other things". Mate, I was there, they weren't doing jack. You defending them as hard working taints your assertions that Real Estate is a tough slog.
