You are talking one experience. I'm talking experience over 20 years.
And I don't believe for a second that there isn't "dead wood" in the industry. There's "dead wood" in every industry.
What I do say though is that to think that all agents are lazy, greedy and unethical is just so far wrong its not funny. Agent bashing in this country has gone to a new level over recent years driven mainly by the money that is being earned, jealousy and frustration over how expensive the market is.
