Unlike the buyer and seller who have clear motives, the sales agent can be trusted by neither to act in their best interests.
Does not matter one iota if your the Seller or the Buyer, the Real estate agent act on their own personal profits, nobody else maters not the seller not the purchaser.
Don't be fooled in Queensland (not sure other States) Real estate agents & used car salesmen, are governed by the same Act "Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000"
