It's pretty telling that of the hundreds of home opens I went to, I would only consider using maybe 3 of the agents. If you're happy with paying someone good money to do bare minimum then so be it. If I was the seller of one of those many houses and saw how little effort they put in I'd be ropable when the bill came.
