If you have a good property in a good area sell it yourself. I the 3 of of my own. Just be sure you now the market in the area, get sales of of the area for past 12 months etc. Get professional photo shots of your house and make sure its clean and free of of clutter. Its not hard at all. However be prepared to be hounded by real estate types.
