Hear hear. The core business of sales is exploitation, manipulation, coercion, hypnosis, deceit, bullying (including physical, where a person is touched physically to impose the will of the sales-scum on the person and prompt a sale). A detestable profession. 1% are probably genuine; meaning they match people with products with integrity throughout the process.
Sadly most of their buck is made preying on people of lower socioeconomic class whom lack the intelligence to resist their conniving ways. This is one reason I'm glad for widespread internet and information, giving kids a better chance learn about their tactics early.
I know about sales on an extremely deep psychological level. Most sales and advertising methods are fundamentally built to arrest a persons subconscious mind, to invoke irrational actions and achieve control. Video ads do the same.
An absolutely disgusting scum of the earth industry. I hope karma exists.
