Real Estate agents and sales persons are absolutely no different to people selling their wares in any other industry. Some are ethical others are not. Some are very very good others are very very bad. Just remember some customers are ethical some are not. Remember the customers selling a car or trading in a car who wound back the speedo or put extra heavy duty oil in the diff to quiet it down in the short term. Remember the property vendors who don't disclose accurately things like previous termite activity or unauthorized building additions or hide things like undesirable neighbours and other stuff. Its a 2 way street out there so as others point out do your own diligence on the sales company and just as importantly the vendor.
