In 2014 we now have access to more information than ever before; it's comparatively simple and inexpensive to conduct our own comparative market analysis.
Therefore, I find it peculiar that anyone would even listen to the absolute nonsense that flows out of the mouths of the vast majority of RE Agents.
On that note, thankfully, we are rapidly moving towards an era were sales agents of all descriptions will become redundant.
The sooner the better I say. After all, Australians are becoming more educated and better informed, so who appreciates salespeople employing sleazy, illogical discourses and treating us as though were are a bunch of 3 year olds?
